For car cleaning, you'll need to provide access to your vehicle. For home services, we prefer someone to be home, but we can discuss arrangements during your booking call. We're flexible!

Payment is collected on the day of the service — in cash or by e-transfer. We do not process any online payments or require deposits in advance.

It depends on the service and vehicle/home size. A sedan interior takes about 1.5–2 hours. A full-service SUV takes 3–4 hours. Home cleaning depends on the number of rooms and condition. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Yes! We offer same-day bookings based on availability. Call us as early as possible to secure a spot. Morning calls have the best chance of a same-day appointment.
